THE BURIED LIFE

THE BURIED LIFE

A moving depiction of a young boy whose life is confined and restricted by unfair circumstances.

60-words-on-60-seconds film review

A moving short about the white, but not so little, lies a Mexican father tells his son as he makes the arduous journey back to his son in the U.S. In truth, the father’s “vacation” in Mexico was a deportation, and the mountains, rivers, and desert he describes are all obstacles he overcomes to reach the final, actual, looming wall.
